A quick Texas h**p update for anyone following the recent changes.

The Texas H**p Business Council’s lawsuit against DSHS is still moving forward, and THCA is one of the issues being challenged. THBC has stated that THCA itself is not currently included on the controlled substances list.

That does not mean the 0.3% threshold has gone away.

Products still need to fall within the applicable h**p limits, and the current DSHS rules require THCA to be taken into account when determining the total Delta 9 THC concentration.
(Total THC = (0.877 × THCA %) + Delta-9 THC).

So while there is still a lot being debated in court, the takeaway for consumers is simple: h**p products STILLneed to meet the applicable 0.3% THC threshold.

We've been getting this question quite frequently the last few days, so we wanted to clear up some confusion: Many people have asked why we no longer carry h**p flower, pre rolls, concentrates, or THC syringe products.

Under the current Texas h**p regulations, cannabinoids such as THCA, Delta 8-THC, Delta-10 THC, THC-P, THC JD, THC B, and other intoxicating THC analogs are no longer permitted for Texas retailers. Because h**p flower naturally contains THCA, there is no practical way for us to legally carry flower, pre rolls, or concentrates under the current law.

What we can still sell are h**p products that remain compliant with Texas law, including select h**p beverages and gummies that meet the current legal requirements.

We appreciate everyone who has reached out with questions. Our goal is to keep everyone informed and continue offering every product we're legally allowed to sell!
