Ten more covers from our recent thrifting adventures. The gold-embossed heron and mushroom book is a personal favorite simply because I love the shiny stuff, you know? But they are all cool, and they are all ready to be converted into blank notebooks. Just say the word- by which I mean, send me a message and let me know which book tickles your fancy. I can have a book (or two or three) ready to go in a week or so.

Remember, everybody needs a notebook. Who do you know who needs one of these?

It has been a printy kind of afternoon. Lots of trial and error, some of it turning out better than the rest. But a really excellent way to spend a Sunday afternoon, in my opinion.

This weekend has been brought to you by NyQuil, the do-it-yourself medically-induced coma. NyQuil: when you want to feel better by feeling absolutely nothing.

Anyway, I made this a couple of days ago from the ground up. Two color pages from a physics text book and two pieces of book board I've had laying around for a few years. It's not often I make my own covers instead of upcycling them from books, so this is a rarity.

It's a little smaller - 4 x 6, but it's got a nice heft and solidity to it. 144 blank pages as ever.

Three new books this afternoon. Each one of them makes me think of sunny, warm weather for different reasons. The sun has been out here for the last couple of days, and I could not possibly be more grateful for it. January lasted for roughly 78 days, so even though I know this isn't spring, I will take these few brief, bright days while they're here.
