Starting TODAY, Middletown Fi****ms will begin qualifying suppressor transfers using a Form 4473 instead of the traditional NFA Form 4 process for customers covered by the recent federal court injunction.

This is a MONUMENTAL moment in American fi****ms history. The recent ruling has resulted in suppressors being transferred without Form 4 registration paperwork for the first time since the NFA was enacted in 1934 — more than 90 years ago.

🚨 UPDATE – VIRGINIA STATE POLICE FI****MS TRANSACTION CENTER 🚨

We’re now on Day 2 of ongoing issues with the Virginia State Police Fi****ms Transaction Center.

We spoke with the Virginia State Police this morning, and their exact words were:

“They’re not completely inoperable and backgrounds can still be put through, but it’s moving so slowly that it may as well be down.”

What does this mean for our customers?

Background checks are still being submitted, but approvals are experiencing significant delays. Unfortunately, this is affecting firearm purchases across Virginia, and it’s completely outside of our control.

We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding while the State Police works to resolve the issue. We’ll continue to provide updates as soon as we receive new information.
