Welcome to Boyd’s
Boyd’s is a veteran, family owned salvage grocery business that also carries a variety of household items. You could save up to 75-80% off normal retail prices. We differ from pallet sales that you may be used to, in the fact, we buy by the truckload from different food warehouses on the East Coast.
The business is owned by Matt Boyd. The business originally started back in Oregon, and migrated out here to be closer to family and grandkids. My sons, Ronnie and Marcus, along with my daughter-in-law, Alley, worked very hard to get this store going. We opened our doors here in Middlesboro in July 2017. We want to be a community minded store that gives back to the community in which we serve. We donate to CCM and Feed America, along with the Lighthouse in Pineville, which helps our local community. In the first six months, we have donated over 3 tons of food!
Our goal is to help people by providing people with a low cost alternative to assist everyone with the high cost of living. The groceries are non-refrigerated good. They consist of shelf pulls, stock rotation, discontinued, close to or past best buy dates, etc. These types of stores are gaining popularity because you can generally find the food about 50% off normal retail pricing. We offer additional savings through weekly sales, liquidations, and punch cards.
