Since we were founded, our mission has been clear and consistent:

To provide a great working product at an affordable price for our customers.

It’s unfortunate the result of our 'competitors' quality has negatively affected our brand. The issue with their boards is due to using very low cost li-ion batteries in efforts to drive down price and squeeze companies like ours (using high quality components) out of the market. Those cheap components they have been using are the primary cause of the fires . We only source the best quality components available - made by the same companies that produce the batteries in your smartphones.

Also we’ve heard concerns on cost since launching, which resulted in our 'glide now pay later' campaign. Allowing us to offer flexible payment terms, making it a little easier for everyone to be able to enjoy the product. However we have (and always will) remain true to our values, using the highest quality components to bring the best product to our consumers (and avoid hazards like these).



Our Hover Board and its charger carry the CE mark, which is recognized around the world for meeting high safety, health and environmental protection requirements.
