Specifically, our Policy is as follows:
Diffusers: you may return any diffuser for any reason within 30 days after the date of purchase or the date you received the diffuser, whichever is later, for a refund.
Fragrance Oils: You may return any of our oils for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase or the date you received the oil, whichever is later, for a refund as long as the bottle of oil is sealed and unopened.
Fees: Installation and service fees - Installation and service fees are non-refundable.
Installment and Financing Programs - All installment and financing programs are non-refundable and subject to the terms agreed to in the agreement.
Point of Purchase - Only items that were purchased directly from https://omyxscents.com, either through an authorized https://omyxscents.com retailer or our website, may be returned to Omyx International USA Corp.
Shipping : the customer will be responsible for all costs associated with shipping any product back to us. Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all parts, adapters, bottles, accessories and documentation that were included when you received it.
How to return an item
To return an item to Omyx, email [email protected] to request a Return Authorization (RA). Once you receive the RA, return the product in its original packaging. Remember, it is your responsibility to pack the product securely.
Warranty
Diffusers: have a 1 year factory warranty if the item is defective and not due to wear and tear or oil malfunction. The customer is responsible for shipping all warranty work to our location.
