It’s all about energy! ✨ When we vibrate in the frequency of what we want, we naturally attract it into our lives.

We must be clear on what we want and make sure that we are not focusing on its absence without even noticing. If we want to have love, we must vibrate in the frequency of love. 💕 Or in other words, to just feel it. Instead of vibrating in the absence of love with thoughts such as “It’s so hard to find it”, “I don’t have it”, “I want it so badly” which generates a much different frequency, you should simply focus on what you love in your life and feel it: your mom, your family, your cat, your dog, your home, your job, dancing, flowers… This way you will have your energy vibrating in the frequency of love and you will keep getting things that you love in life because they are a match to your vibration.

Remember that the reverse holds true too. Vibrating in the belief that only bad things happen to you can only bring more bad things.

The closer you are to joy and other good feelings, the more easily you attract what you want. That is why practicing gratitude is so important! It helps you vibrate in the right frequency. 💫

Do you have a morning routine? ☀️

There are many psychological and physical benefits of having a morning routine. It prepares you for the rest of your day, increases productivity, lowers stress, among others…

There is a great and famous book that explains all about the magic of having a morning routine: The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod.

I never had it before. I was always waking up late, stressed out, rushing to leave. I had to be at work at 8am, so I was waking up at 7am, rushing to get ready and to commute to work.

Since the beginning of the pandemic when I started working from home, I decided to have a morning routine that would be healthy and beneficial to me. I had more time, so this has motivated me to give it a chance. And I must say that I love it and that I really want to keep doing it, especially now that I will go back to work, having to commute all over again. I will make sure to wake up earlier and make time for myself. 🙏

I have been adapting my morning routine for a few months, and now I guess I found the best equation that works for me. I feel that a morning routine that works should focus on Mind, Body, and Soul. It’s not a long routine, only 30 minutes to help me center on myself and start a good day. 10 minutes for each pillar. ✨

I focus on my Body by drinking water and stretching + yoga. I focus on my Soul by taking deep breaths, meditating, practicing gratitude and affirmations / visualizations. I also try to open the windows, go outside, and take a deep breath of fresh air. I focus on my Mind by reading a little, journaling my thoughts or taking notes of my day’s priorities.

“Until one has loved an animal, a part of one’s soul remains unawakened.” – Anatole France

If there is one thing that I truly love, and that makes me feel happy and recharged, is to be in contact with the nature and especially in contact with animals. I have always loved animals, and I grew up having many pets at home. I even studied Biology for some time, but life took me to other career paths along the way.

This picture is so special to me, as this was my first encounter with a kangaroo. It was such a great day!

Being in nature and interacting with animals bring the best out of me, so that is why I try to make this connection every week for my wellbeing. It is definitely part of my “joy menu”.

Spend more time focusing on yourself! 💕 Each person is unique with their own path and mission in life. Focus your energy and your time in living your life and doing things for yourself. Avoid unnecessary comparisons.

When we compare ourselves to others, we focus on all of their strengths and achievements and ignore our own, when we have so many!! It may be easy to forget but we are achieving something and being strong each and every day. It doesn’t matter if it’s something small.

Comparisons can be helpful when they inspire you to change. But when they pick yourself apart, they can be dangerous and unrealistic.

When we stop paying so much attention to others’ misfortunes and we take pleasure in their successes instead, we are healing. 💛

Always remember that it is better to live your own destiny imperfectly than to live an imitation of somebody else’s life with perfection.
