Yesterday, I lost my brother unexpectedly. There are no words that can truly capture the heartbreak and shock of losing someone you’ve known your whole life. He had his struggles over the years, but we also shared so many good times, laughter, and memories that I’ll hold onto forever.

He will be deeply missed by everyone who loved him. I hope he has finally found peace and can rest easy now.

We’ll be sharing details soon for a Celebration of Life to honor him and the memories we all shared.

Unclipping from SOBE 💛 After an incredible chapter as Studio Manager, it’s hard to put into words what this place has meant to me. SoulCycle has never just been a job. It’s been a community, a home, a family. The memories, the friendships, the laughter, and even the chaos have shaped me in ways I’ll never forget.

This week is bittersweet, but it’s also a celebration, of everything we’ve built together and everything that will continue to grow long after I’ve unclipped. Thank you for the love, the sweat, and the endless support. These friendships are forever. Let’s ride it out together 🤍

I have too many words and not enough space, so this will be a post that lives on. Ashley has been my right hand (and my shared brain!) for the past 2.5 years, and I can’t imagine SOBE without her. Today was her last day, but it’s never really goodbye—just a see you later (like… Saturday haha). Soul people are the best people, and I’m beyond grateful for the laughs, the chaos, and every moment in between. I’ll miss you more than words can say—thank you for putting up with my craziness every day! Wishing you nothing but success and happiness 💛
