The 2026 IHRA Offshore Powerboat Racing Series is returning to Lake of the Ozarks June 12th –14th, bringing some of the fastest boats and most exciting racing action of the summer to the Lake. We've got the most up-to-date daily schedule of events listed below!

Whether you're a boating enthusiast or just love being part of the energy that makes Lake of the Ozarks such a special place, this weekend is always one to look forward to. From thrilling races to family-friendly events and a packed waterfront, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

Shootout Offshore Traffic, Parking & Detour Information

Offshore racing will take place Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM on the 0–5 MM race course near Bagnell Dam.

During race hours, portions of Bagnell Dam Blvd. will be closed, and traffic will be routed around the Strip using the marked detour route shown on the map. Please follow all posted signs and directions from law enforcement and event staff.

Parking Options:

Free Public Parking: Available on the east side near the dam area.
No shuttle service will be provided from the free public parking area.

Paid Parking: Available in the School Lots for $20 Card Only(Cashless), with shuttle service to the Strip.

Please plan ahead, allow extra travel time, and use the marked detour route to help keep traffic moving safely throughout the weekend.

The IHRA Shootout Offshore at Lake of the Ozarks is almost here!

Please pay close attention to the marked road closures and detour route.

🚗 Parking Information:
Free public parking will be available in the campground lot at the base of Bagnell Dam. There will be no shuttle service from this lot.

Paid parking is cashless and will be available at the Early Childhood Center and Heritage School, with shuttle service provided from those paid lots.

Come out and enjoy the action from land, support the racers, visit the vendors, and hear the ROAR of the Offshore!
