You’re naturally social — you can hold a real conversation, not a scripted one

You have a calm, confident presence (no pushy sales energy)

You take pride in atmosphere, details, and hospitality

Nights and weekends don’t scare you

Bonus Points If You:

Have retail, bar, or lounge experience

Know your way around premium ci**rs and brands
