🚨 THE COURT HAS RULED 🚨

A federal court has ruled that NFA registration requirements cannot be enforced against the covered plaintiffs, members and customers for covered, untaxed items.

Here in Arizona, eligible suppressor transfers conducted under the court order still require the customer to complete a Form 4473 and pass a federal background check.

We are following a federal court order. Our customers are following the law.

That does not make us—or any other law-abiding suppressor owners—thieves or murderers.

Political leaders may disagree with the ruling, but demonizing lawful gun owners is unacceptable. Suppressor owners are veterans, hunters, instructors, business owners and responsible Americans exercising their constitutional rights.

Guns 2 Ammo will continue supporting lawful suppressor ownership while carefully documenting transfers and monitoring any further legal developments.

NFA update upcoming

Standby! We are rolling out the changes for Guns 2 Ammo customers.

🚨 NFA UPDATE 🚨

We contacted the ATF’s NFA Division for clarification regarding the recent injunction affecting certain Form 4 transfers.

Despite the federal government knowing this issue was approaching, the response we received was: “We have not been given any guidance.”

That is unacceptable. When an FFL contacts the agency responsible for enforcing these regulations, we should be able to receive clear and accurate instructions. Dealers and customers should not be left guessing about how to complete lawful NFA transfers.

The Guns 2 Ammo team will continue working throughout the morning to obtain clarification from every reliable source available. Our goal is to facilitate NFA transfers as quickly as possible while remaining fully compliant with the latest official guidance.

We are hoping to have answers around 9:00 a.m., when the local ATF field office opens. We will be first in line to make that call and determine exactly what is expected of dealers—and what this means for our customers.

We will share another update as soon as we receive confirmed information.
