Hi everyone. just a little timeline of the final days. the SSL on pullipstyle will be expiring tonite, and the rest of the website is going to go away sometime on oct 1. if anyone wanted to grab high-resolution pics from the archives, you have a week left. Sales@pullipstyle will be going away but I can still be contacted through pullipstyle@gmail or facebook/IG DMs

As far as remaining inventory, I literally just have 14 isul sailor helios (whose price has now been lowered to 79.95) and a single Hide doll. The last of the Dal mios sold this past week. I can still just send a paypal invoice if anyone finds themselves interested in one after the site is gone

I still have several half cases (25pcs) of those old pullip notebooks. if anyone wants them for free, i would just ask that you pay shipping & paypal fees. the boxes do weigh over 20lbs each, so international is definitely out, and even east coast is $30-$35 for UPS (USPS almost $45), but if someone in the southern california area or closer is interested in them, it looks like UPS would only be about $17 (USPS $21). if no one is interested, i'm just going to toss them.

Hi guys! Just a quick update for the new year. I've wound down the majority of my stock to just one corner in my office (now Gracie's room when I'm at work). I literally only have 6 different dolls left, plus 160 DAL mios and a few luts wigs.

There are a few straggler items I plan to put up when i have time to get around to them. Mostly older dolls that were dented or open-box that ended up sitting in a closet for the last 10+ years, so I'll want to inspect them and document any noticeable irregularities.

The website hosting is paid through september, but after that i will be letting it expire. if there is anything left after that point, i will just keep them on ebay until everything is gone.

As some of you might have guessed, 2 new bunnies have joined the family. Someone dumped a litter of 3 month old buns back in early september at one of the local parks. A kid on his bike witnessed it and went home to get his parents, who went back and scooped up 7 of them. As soon as i saw their post on the nextdoor app, i went over that evening to help determine genders. I took the two I was sure were boys, and they are now Mr Sparkle & Striker.

Hi everyone,

For those of you that have been sticking around, I thank you. I actually placed a decent sized (by 2024 standards) restock order at the beginning of this month. It was supposed to be 6 cartons, but groove only shipped out 4 of them. It's possible that their part time packer only has room in his car for 4 cartons, so we shall see if the others (Yu-Li, Callie, Innocent Alice, Calico, & Pere Noel) end up in transit on monday.

ALL of my pullip body Mio kits are sold out. Some overseas stores might still have some limited stock, but expect them to be marked up as they bought from PS earlier in the year. It seems that groove, now tightly under Mango's thumb, has no intention of making any more. Even more so now that they are trying to sell the crafting yeolume dolls in Japanese retail stores. I still have bout 55 Taeyang, 90 Isul, and over 200 Dal kits remaining, but beyond that the chances look pretty bleak.

Whether they will be successful with this year's $200-$300 priced dolls is still unknown, but as an individual retailer, that price-point is just beyond the amount I'm willing to invest in inventory for singular dolls. I had hoped that last year's IMAI & HIDE collabs, which were both over $200 and did not sell well at all, would have been beneficial feedback indicating that they needed to reverse course.

It was instructed that I sell Hide for $220 so as to not upset japan sellers at the time, but I have now reduced him to $160 just so i can get my money back. I am likely going to leave the SUMMER20 coupon (for $20 off $250) active indefinitely, as shipping two dolls together is more economical for PS and as well for buyers. If there IS actually any change in anything, i will be sure to let everyone know. Kinda hoping that the US interest rate cut makes the USD exchange rate a bit less expensive for overseas buyers, but at this point I don't expect any miracles.

Perhaps I will eventually end up just morphing these accounts into bunny blogs.

Hi everyone! It's literally been 3 months since the last post. I was hoping to have some sort of pullip update, whether it be a new release announcement, a remake batch, or mios. But sadly, there is nothing to report for any of those.

The only thing that DID happen is that I lost Marge 2 weekends ago, and that kinda killed me. She was the last of my legacy bunnies from an era when I was at the height of my rescue involvement, and groove was consistently cranking out multiple great original releases on a monthly basis.

Fast forward 11 years and it all just seems like a past life. Mango / AGA stopped designing original character releases 3 years ago, and everything groove has released since then has been more narrow-appeal niche collabs with much higher prices, all while the yen has been in freefall. So I have accepted the reality that I need to wind down pullipstyle after nearly 20 years. Most of you have likely noticed that the number of available items on the site has dwindled quite a bit since the beginning of the year, and while I will still be placing periodic restocks, they will be much smaller to accommodate a near 90% drop in sales. Groove is selling out of many of the dolls that were popular, while I have self-retired and archived other releases simply because they were just poor sellers. I do want to thank everyone who supported pullipstyle throughout the years, but my gut instinct, which i have been trying to ignore for the past 2 years, says things are past the point of recovery.

So I did manage to get all the preorders dropped off at the post office this afternoon, but I'm going to go ahead and extend the MARGE11 coupon through sunday at midnight (it still does not include the Angelic Pretty or Mana).

For the first time in years, the preorder section of the site is empty. It's somewhat of a numb sensation after nearly 20 years of doing pullipstyle, but I'm holding out some hope still. Several cartons of restocks should be arriving saturday by UPS, and of course I will keep you guys updated when I have *confirmed* movement of more mios.

Hi everyone! the Angelic Pretty Decoration Dress Cake & Mana preorder shipment arrived today. I was only able to get the multi-doll orders packed and dropped off this afternoon, but i did get all the individual dolls out of the big cartons, and enough single shipping boxes assembled so that i can get to work on them when i get home from work tomorrow morning.. but for now i must sleep.

If i do finish and get them all dropped off tomorrow, then it will be the last day for the MARGE11 coupon.

Hi everyone! Groove has informed me that the US fulfillment warehouse will be receiving the 2nd Angelic Pretty & Mana shipment this week, so hopefully I can get them by next weekend.

In the meanwhile, there is a special bunny birthday in the pullipstyle household this month. Marge has made it all the way to 11! She is my oldest living bunny and has been with me since way back when she and her brother Butters (rip 2021) were caught as kids after being dumped in an undeveloped scottsdale lot in oct 2013. She's slowing down a lot with mobility issues from severe arthritis, but she still gets excited for greens and pellet mush, and looks forward to her daily couch-time snuggles on my lap while bundled up in cushy blankets.

Hi everyone,, its 8pm and i wanted to give a quick update on preorder shipping before i turn in for the night (i have to be up at 2:30 for work).

All the multi-doll orders shipped out this afternoon, along with all the Calico singles, and about 10 of the Mayle singles. The rest of the Mayles were packed and labeled this evening after the drop-off. I still have 9 and a half CARTONS worth of Angelic Pretty singles to pack. I'm sure I'll get at least half of them out tomorrow, but obviously some are going to have to wait until Friday. Thanks to everyone for your patience.

btw, groove found me some Mocha mios in their warehouse that arrived with the preorders
