Good morning, friends! And, it sure is beautiful on the seacoast.
I wanted to get on here to reply to so many folks!

3AM...I was asleep on one of the recliners, woke up, and holding the railing, I walked upstairs...and...made it into bed! This is a major deal when healing with hip replacement.
Slept well..came downstairs..Rosie drags at her leash! Sorry, not yet!

I never thought that walking from my living room to the kitchen, with the aid of a walker, would allow me to feel empowered!

So today is a week that I had surgery. Lots of things on my mind.Too much time to think! Lots of plans and new ideas/ designs being sketched. Grateful for such wonderful folks in my life.
Several weeks ago, I had been asked to offer a fantastic line in my shop. TOP QUALITY FOR THE TRUE PRIMITIVE CUSTOMER! I am excited about bringing this to you! Stay tuned!

Good morning!
Once again, I am thanking you for your kind messages..I hope that I didn't miss anyone as I did try to respond to everyone...Feel free to text if I missed you. Turned off the volume so that I can sleep.

I am at home...surgery went well, better than expected, but, today the pain is intense due to the blockages wearing off..lots of meds...definately staying put.. I received almost 200 orders! Truly grateful. Like I mentioned lasy week, all shipping will begin asap..your patience is appreciated..

I must state that while Anna Jaques Hospital in Newburyport is much more convenient, I was very pleased with the staff and facilities at Beverly Hospital...one particular customer who has become a dear friend is a nurse there. Thank you, Stephanie , for the treats and visits!
So blessed to have had enormous help from my daughter, Julie..she brought bagels & cream cheese, picked up the dogs and brought them home and helped me around the house.
And..my brother Richard...Thank you so much for taking me to and from the hospital and helping your old sister get into the car...not an easy task after major surgery.

Eager to resume " normal".

A BIG HELLO to all of my friends!
I received and read all of your kind messages and greetings! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH.
The surgery presented some complications, and while there is pain, the operation is behind me..2 years of intense pain and suffering is behind me. 2 years of experiencing pain that truly slowed me down.. 2 years of a fear of falling. 2 years of walking upstairs like a toddler.
The surgeon stopped in on his way out...one of my first questions was...when can I return to work! Surprised? I will see him in 2 weeks and will have answers then.
In the meantime, I posted new merchandise and I am so grateful for your purchases...I am making my lists from my hospital room and I am glad to hold merchandise for pick up and will ship others asap. Once again, I thank you so very much for all of your kind messages.
