Here is the schedule of events for Saturday's Phelps Maple Syrup Fest! 9am to 3pm. Get there early because you know there will be a line for breakfast from Sunrise Lodge!

With season underway we want to remind you that we will be buying syrup. Here are a few reminders to those who would like to sell us their syrup.

🍁 Syrup must be finished and in food grade containers. Please label all containers with your name and phone number. Return of your food grade container the same day is not guaranteed.

🍁 The producer must, at a minimum, be registered with WDATCP and the FDA. If you make more than $5000 a year, from selling sap or syrup, you must be licensed. These registration numbers are needed when filling out your paperwork. Links to register are below.

🍁 Syrup must be processed in Wisconsin.

🍁 A purchasing appointment MUST be made. You can make an appointment by calling us (715)536-7251. There is no guarantee that we will buy syrup if you show up without making an appointment.

🍁 2026 syrup prices have NOT been set yet.

🍁 Please note, we reserve the right to reject any and all syrup and/or adjust pricing due to quality issues.
