*WE’RE HIRING*
Spring is springing and we are looking to hire another full-time sales associate.
We are looking for someone outgoing, punctual and motivated. Applicants will need to be able to lift 40-50 pounds and be on their feet most of the day.
We are open Monday through Saturday from 8am until 5pm. This time of year Saturdays will be mandatory but will have Sundays and another weekday off.

Hello everyone, it’s that time of year again! As we gear up for the coming 2025 season, we are looking to hire a few more sales associates!
We are hoping to find full time employees who are outgoing, energetic and punctual. We need individuals who can lift 40-50 pounds. When we transition to Monday through Saturday, Saturdays will be mandatory. Days off would be split with Sundays being one and another day during the week.

We had someone cut the locks on some our fuel tanks, helping them selves to gasoline. Just a reminder around our place, there are cameras everywhere. We know it’s a long shot, but if anyone maybe knows the guy in a black or dark gray GMC terrain Denali years 2019-present. Also you forgot your sweatshirt and flashlight if you’d like that back.

Needs to be outgoing as we are highly customer service oriented. Needs to be able to lift 30-40 pounds. Have basic phone and desktop calculator skills.

Saturday's are required. We are open Monday through Saturday, so days off will always be Sunday and another day during the week. Part-time can be discussed.

Starting wage is $16 an hour depending on experience.

Back in 1971, Tom Thibault started a company in the Valley called DuRite Nursery. Each day, he and his sons truck in trees and plants from their farm, into Meridian. Early in the morning they wake up, fire up the truck, and move products so people in the Valley can enjoy crafting their own garden. 50 years later, the family business lives on. His boys Tommy and Kevin continue the legacy with grandsons Bailey and Tanner.

The Thibault's embody what it means to be Idahoan. Hardworking. Grit. Kindness. Generosity. Perseverant.

They are an American small business.

You'd be right it makes me a little emotional, thinking about how hard Idahoan's like the Thibault's work to make the world turn. If they didn't exist, the world would stop.

Well, and I actually had the privilege of seeing it firsthand. All 4 years of high school, I worked in the nursery helping customers pick out greens and trees, getting things together for landscapers, and tending to plants. It's still one of the best jobs I've ever had. And quite frankly, I learned skills there I still use today, now in my own small business.
