New Rustic Sourdough Bread Classes now available.

Check out these beautiful sourdough breads made by recent participants after attending my Rustic Sourdough Bread Class at the Mequon Public Market. During this hands on workshop you'll start the process and take home to finish and bake the following day. Take home a fresh SD starter. Classes offered at the Mequon Public Market (April 21st, Nicolet High School Adult Enrichment Program (May 14th), and Happy Place Cooking Space (this coming fall).

I’ll be conducting an exciting one hour class on Beginning Beekeeping at the NEW HappyPlaceCookingSpace in Cedarburg, WI on Sunday July 20th, 9am-10am and on Sunday August 17th, 9am-10am.
-This class starts off with a delicious breakfast snack of homemade Greek Yogurt and homemade Granola all drizzled with some local raw polyfloral honey for you to enjoy.
-Then, you'll learn all about the art of keeping bees. In this class you’ll learn
· Beekeeping in SE Wisconsin: weather, flora.
· Starting a beehive: resources, suppliers, bees.
· Beekeeping equipment & supplies on display.
· Types of honeybees.
· Sampling Steve’s Bees Honey.
· Beehive maintenance schedule.
· Wintering over your beehive.
· Watching honeybees safely in an Observation Frame.
· Take home a bottle of Steve’s Bees Raw Honey and some HoneySticks.
· Take home documents to start your beehive, including resources and suppliers.
