Different vibes, same specs. We can't decide if we prefer the fresh summer vibe of the melon flesh pink or the alluring dark contrast of the trans black version. Two one-off's from MacPherson Guitars, the Rogue model featuring a thick flame maple carved top. The chambered swamp ash body keeps both of these under 6.5 lbs each. 🤯

Player's choice specs and even with only a single volume k**b and 3-way toggle, these two offer a variety of tonal options. Push/Pull coil splitting Seymour Duncan Pickups El Diablo and Seymour Duncan APS2 single. Seymour Duncan's are tried and true pickups, the El Diablo offers an aggressive attack that delivers a thick and tight saturation for percussive rhythms and warm leads. The APS2 delivers all the Strat chime and bell tone that great single pickups are known for with a sweeter sounding treble attack and flat alnico 2 rod poles. The treble attack is soft and sweet, the mids feel just slightly scooped, while the low end has a vintage sponginess. Chords have a nice, smooth feel, and single notes have a singing, musical character.

Either of these two will cover any tone you're chasing. The build quality and playability will having you reaching for the Rogue every time. Quickly leaving your other instruments gathering dust. 😉

Who doesn’t love a good contrast? Classic black and cream appeal on this MacPherson Guitars Rogue carved top is perfection. Tight grained flame maple carved top in trans black with natural scraped binding. Tight grained flame maple fretboard on a natural flame maple neck. All paired on a chambered swamp ash body.

Slim "D" profile with a 16" radius, Wenge neck with 24 Stainless Steel frets, Luminlay side dots, reversed headstock, Gotoh modern tuners, Hipshot bridge, with an arm bevel and back contour. This one has a lightweight Swamp Ash body with a checked Nitro finish in Pale Ice Blue Metallic. Electronics are volume, tone with push/pull coil split, and 3-way blade switch. *Chef's Kiss!

LSL Instruments is a small instrument company located in CA building custom guitars for almost 20 years. They have roughly a dozen employees that put lots and lots of man hours into building and they absolutely love what they do. They have recently received a cease and desist letter from Fender about their "S-Style" body which has been public domain for the last 70 years and Leo chose not to patent.
