I am coming back into town (Memphis) on Dec 8. I was planning on placing my order at the end of the week with my manufacturer to be picked up Dec 8 however, due to the holidays, I have to place my order by tomorrow in order to get it on time.

I apologize for the short notice, but if you need seasoning, please let me know today.

This is JW, and I am in the process of putting together my next order to submit to the factory to mix my seasoning.

NOTICE: The company that I use to facilitate my contract with the manufacturer is going out of business start Nov 1. I am in the process of trying to ensure that I'll have a workaround or be able to deal directly, but there are no guarantees. After 20 years, I can not ensure you that I will be able to restock. I'm praying for the best outcome, but I wanted to make you aware.
