Here are 5 quick ways I stay creatively energized as a full time business owner and mom of 5.

1. Inspiration is everywhere-- I am constantly taking photos of subjects, color palettes, silhouettes, screentshotting lyrics and quotes, etc.

2. What goes in is what comes out-- what we take in is all we know to say.

3. My kids keep the glass half full-- kids are full of promise, color, and levity.

4. Lean into feeling- some of my best work has come from the hardest and most confusing times in my life.

5. Create every day- creativity is a muscle-- the more we use it the more we know how to, despite every day obstacles.
