Dear Service Customers,

At this time we are running in home service on a limited basis. We are taking these precautions to protect our customers and colleagues from virus transfer.

*washing hands and using hand sanitizer before, during, and after every service call

*cleaning all work areas, vehicle interiors,and tools with antibacterial wipes and cleaners.

*asking anyone with any symptoms to stay home from work.

We ask that our customers keep a safe 6 ft distance from technicians. Please do not schedule service at this time if you or anyone in your home is exhibiting ANY symptoms or may have possibly been exposed to novel Coronavirus. All of our technicians have been instructed to leave a job site immediately if they feel unsafe for any reason.

Dear Parts Customers,

In these uncertain times we are all dealing with the impact of COVID 19 in our community. To protect our customers and colleagues, beginning March 23rd, we will be handling all counter transactions “curbside”. At this time we are going to keep our normal business hours. Please call us at 901-937-7800 before coming to our store. We will do our best to accommodate your request, and have your order ready. When you arrive call us from you vehicle to let us know you are outside. We will finalize payment, and bring your order to you. We do ask that all interactions between customers and staff occur while you are seated in your car. If possible, please make payments by credit card over the phone to limit the amount of contact between people. We can also have parts shipped directly to you. Thank you for your understanding in these difficult times. Please understand this procedure is a work in progress and we will do our best to make it as easy as possible. We hope to resume normal operations as soon as it is deemed safe by medical professionals and our local government.
