Featuring Dr. Maurya Glaude, author of Stillness: Habits to Maintain Mental Wellness and Give Resilience a Break, Crystal Harris, board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and Allison Person, entrepreneur and creator of Strength in Stillness.

This special gathering will focus on mental wellness, healing, and mindfulness. An author book signing will take place immediately after the Strength in Stillness guided meditation and sound bath.
