Anyone looking for a 1/4 or half a beef?? I have two angus steers going into the locker on December 22, if interested DM me. I am at $3.85 a pound hanging weight plus processing of about $0.70 a pound
Fyi - A 1/4 beef is roughly 180-210lbs

When getting a steer processed, You do not get the total hanging weight back. You get a percentage of that weight back. It all depends on how you get it cut! The more you get deboned the less weight you get back.

Going in on February 13th 2024

Example a 1/4 of beef is around 170-200 lbs.
