It is with a heavy heart that I have to say that Coastal Conservation Creations has officially shut its metaphorical doors. This decision has not come lightly but has been playing around in my mind for many months. When I first dove into this idea with a friend of mind on a boat in the middle of the ocean, I was so excited I couldn’t sleep because I was buzzing! I had so many ideas and plans and I couldn’t wait to start executing them!
When I started this, I had no business experience, no marketing experience, no website development experience. I taught myself how to code for CCC! I couldn’t believe the amount that I was learning (and failing) along the way! I wouldn’t change this experience for the life of me. It has been absolutely incredible but its time has come to an end.
Maybe I will start another business that I feel passionately about in the future. I hope I do. Most of all, I hope I am happy in my journey through life and I hope you are too.
Thank you truly and deeply, with all of my being, to those of you who supported me with words of encouragement, advice, purchases, and even just friendly smiles at my booths. I can’t begin to share how much it meant to me to have family, friends, and strangers believe in me and love my little creations. I hope those creations continue to bring you joy. Keep saving wildlife, one stitch at a time!
