Hi everyone!

I absolutely love shopping virtually with you and helping you find the perfect items. To keep things fair and fun for our whole community, I want to share a quick reminder about my courtesy hold policy. I am happy to hold your claimed items for up to 10 days without payment. However, because I am a small business, keeping inventory moving and cash flowing is vital to my daily operations. When an item is held and then cancelled at the last minute, it prevents other customers from buying it. Moving forward, please only claim items you fully intend to purchase. I am keeping track of hold histories, and repeat cancellations may result in losing future hold privileges.

Thank you so much for your respect, cooperation, and incredible support of my shop!
