Crossfire Pottery Creating Handcrafted, Uncommon Art life got in the way. It’s really not a surprise that as an avid gardener, I would also enjoy playing in the dirt indoors!

New to the world of pottery, I’ve wanted to try my hand in this medium for as long as I could remember, but as for many, . . . After a few lessons, I was hooked and already planning my home studio! I am a work in progress; enjoying both the wheel, hand building, and sculpting in my third year of this journey. Now, that I’m retired . . . I am blessed with time, desire, passion and great mentors to

guide my practice. I thank the Lord everyday for repurposing my soul and helping me create organic, unstructured pieces; some of which are functional, while others are purely decorative, but all creations come from my heart as I continue to “throw my life away!”
