I just got a notification in messenger that someone, pretending to be me, was reaching out and chit chatting. Claimed he was with the Cyber Fraud department.

It is a fake - I am not reaching out to "chit chat" and I have never worked for a Cyber Fraud department.

As usual, if in doubt - reach out to me personally, don't trust anything that was "pushed" to you (like a message in Messenger) without verifying that you are, in fact, talking to the "real" me. 😉
