I would like to share a very important message about enhancing your skin’s glow.
I have learned Along the way: Never, ever go to bed with your makeup on. This has always been obvious to me but I think it is important to mention that washing your face morning and night is the start of a good skincare routine. There is such a thing as over-exfoliation! You can actually damage weaken your skin by over-exfoliating it so limits your scrubs and product with exfoliating agents like AHA, glycolic, etc. to once a day or over a few times per week. Water really helps, Drink a lot! Always wear sun cream.
