Somatic Gap
Your nervous system affects everything you’re trying to create.
Your mind may want the new life…
but your body is still reacting to an old story.
That’s why you can journal, visualize, affirm, and “do all the work” and still feel stuck in the same patterns.
The body responds to what feels familiar, not necessarily what’s possible.
That’s the Somatic Gap:
the space between what you consciously want… and what your nervous system still believes is safe.

The Triple-A Method:
01 — ACKNOWLEDGE
Write down 3 specific things you genuinely appreciate right now. This shifts the nervous system out of lack and into openness.
02 — ACTIVATE
Describe your desired reality as if it already exists. What do you see, feel, hear? Train the subconscious to recognize the future as safe.
03 — ANCHOR
Take one tiny physical action in under 60 seconds. A message. A decision. A calendar entry. This teaches the body that movement is safe and change is real.
Just a few minutes every morning.
And for many people, something subtle starts changing around Day 7 — not just mentally, but physically.
Like the body finally unclenching.
