Fresh off the boat from ITALY and delivered right to our back door! We are now fully stocked with the artisanal pastas we’ve been selling for over 20 years. Twenty-nine different shapes and cuts and lengths and widths in stock right now. And like we always say, if you want to know what pasta is really supposed to taste like, try one of these. And… we also have, as part of this collection, six different gluten free pastas made from a corn and rice blend and they have become best sellers in that category. Stop on in for a closer look. We discovered the NEGG a few years ago and it’s been one of the gadgets we sell (and we are gadget crazy for sure) that we’ve received unsolicited positive feedback from customers who purchased one. Brod & Taylor’s SOURDOUGH HOME will maintain the proper temp for the best starter growth and the FOLDABLE DOUGH PROOFER AND SLOW COOKER will provide continuous and optimum dough proofing temperatures. These two items will certainly provide the best opportunity for the best results in your sourdough bread baking adventures! Every once in a while along comes a product that gets an all caps rating on the WOW scale, and here it is. The 2-in-1 Oil Sprayer and Dispenser. With this little beauty you can easily spray a light coat of your favorite olive (or other) oil and just as easily pour a more generous amount for other needs! This tool is two thumbs in our opinion and they are inexpensive enough to have more than one for different or flavored oils! Stop in and check them out next time you’re on the bricks. Here’s a big, BIG thank you to every single customer we’ve seen so far this Christmas shopping season. Many of you we see regularly, many we see once in a while and some are first time visitors to our store. We’d like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and thanks for stopping by. Oh, and, even though our dear Laura has put in a zillion hours of store work, day and night, she still found time to make the most incredible bon-bon’s you can imagine. See how she whips those tails around like that. It’s amazing, a sight to behold!

Our pasta importer tells us the small specialty Italian pasta manufacturers they work with are not (so far) part of the 107% tariff that goes into effect January 2026, on pasta imported from Italy. Knock on wood.
