What a day. Dentist was lonnnggg, but the hygienist and I talked about Barbara O’Neill, additive free food, and cayenne peppers for medicinal benefits - so that was cool. I really do appreciate our dentist’s biological and holistic approach to dental care.

Also ran into Tiffany Roth!

Now walking from my parents to Zad’s parents to get the baby a quick nap and finish off my 10K steps for the day.

It was a little bit of a crazy Monday, but we are getting the things done. Bud got to the gym this morning, Zad ran some errands, the kids played on the slip and slide and built a Little People town, we had a contractor in to do a repair, and everything is almost out of the oven 🤪

It’s been fun tag teaming the Bakery with Bud. I’m so glad that him and I love working together, that he is motivated to work, and that I can trust him. Working together allows him to get in the workout time that he wants to while I handle the bakery, and it allows me to get in my walk while he wraps things up later in the day.

I’m almost finished with my current book Everything I Want to do is Illegal, and then I will be moving onto Durable Trades and The Family Economy. I am super excited to start those books, and I have a feeling I will have lots of great new wisdom to share with you as I work through them!
