FW McCall Employee Spotlight: Cameron Lehrer! 💫🌻

Cameron joined our team in 2025 as part of our watering crew, but she quickly impressed us!

🪴🌿Her houseplant knowledge and natural talent for plant care caught all of us by surprise — especially from someone so young.

Cameron says "Since I started working here I have learned many new things about plant care, customer service, and many other things. The best part of my job is the people I work with, our team is amazing and they make the job fun."

Every day, Cameron brings her intelligence, dedication, and willingness to do whatever it takes to keep our plants looking their absolute best. 💚

This year, Cameron is truly finding her voice, and we couldn’t be happier that she chose once again to be a force of nature in our garden center. We’re so lucky to have her on our team!
