Let’s talk Magnesium Oil Mist! Magnesium is a mineral that is essential for healthy muscles, nerves, bones and blood sugar levels.

I personally use this to help me sleep, something I don’t get near enough of with a baby, but spraying a few shots of Magnesium Oil Mist on the bottom of my feet calms my restless legs and helps me get into a deeper sleep when I do sleep.

Here are some other potential benefits (obviously things work differently for different people):

~ Eliminate body odor by massaging into underarms.

~ Massage into your neck, back and forehead to reduce stress and headache.

~ For general aches and pains it can be apices to directly to the affected area and may reduce pain.
