The recent sale of The Shops at Fallen Timbers marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for one of our region's most recognizable destinations.
For years, Fallen Timbers has been a place where people gathered to shop, dine, meet friends, and spend time with family. It has been a destination for both residents and visitors, and a familiar part of the Northwest Ohio community.
Now reimagined as Timbers Town Center, the development is expected to evolve into a mixed-use destination that combines shopping, dining, entertainment, residential living, office space, and community gathering areas.
We're proud to have played a role in helping bring this vision to life. Michael McCarthy's involvement with the property began in 2019, when he established a relationship with the property's ownership and served as their local commercial real estate representative. Over the years, he provided market insight, strategic guidance, and ongoing support as ownership evaluated the property's future.
As the sale process moved forward, Michael represented both the seller and the Columbus-based buyer group, helping guide the transaction from initial discussions through closing while facilitating conversations with local leaders and community partners along the way.
