Spring Creek Psalteries Learn to play the bowed psaltery and have a great time with others who enjoy playing.

Our love of the bowed psaltery has inspired us to found SPRING CREEK PSALTERIES in the hope of bringing the joy of playing the psaltery to all who love music. The psaltery can be played by old and young alike and is one of the easiest instruments to learn. You play one string at a time and do not need to know how to read music to play. Every psaltery is handcrafted by Terry at our shop located in Massillon, Ohio.

If you have never played an instrument before or just want to learn to play another one, the bowed psaltery is right for you. We offer noted note song books so reading music is not necessary.
