Well...

Day 1 of our summer hours experiment is officially in the books, and I'd say it was a success. 🍰☀️

We shifted to a later 3 PM - 8 PM Friday schedule, and right off the rip we noticed a difference. The evening crowd showed up, and we cleared out a lot of cheesecake today.

It's still early, but this gives us hope that later hours may be a better fit during the summer months when everyone is busy with sports, yard work, camping, cookouts, and everything else that comes with nice weather.

In other important news, Mr. Froggy has officially been reunited with his family after his brief stint in cheesecake labor. 🐸❤️ We thank everyone for respecting the terms of his release.

The good news? We're back at it tomorrow during our normal Saturday hours:

🕛 Saturday: 12 PM - 5 PM

This weekend's Baklava Cheesecake.

Or as my wife calls it...

"The Blah Blah Blah Cheesecake."

To be fair, she can make it better than I can pronounce it.

Layers of buttery, flaky phyllo dough wrapped around a rich, creamy cheesecake, topped with chopped nuts and honey syrup.

It's not cheesecake topped with baklava.

It's cheesecake INSIDE baklava.

Whatever you call it—Baklava, Back-lava, or Blah Blah Blah—it's one of our favorites.

📢 Summer Hours Experiment! ☀️

We've been listening to your feedback, and with summer in full swing, we're noticing more people are out enjoying the evenings.

So this weekend, we're going to try something new!

🕒 Friday: 3 PM – 8 PM

Saturday and Sunday hours will remain the same.

We're hoping the later Friday hours make it easier for those who are working, at the ball fields, camping, or enjoying the nice weather to stop by for a slice.

Let us know what you think! If it goes well, we may make a few more adjustments throughout the summer.

Someone built a cheesecake at the window last weekend... and that's one of our favorite things to see. 🍰
Every weekend the lineup changes, and customers get the chance to mix and match slices to create their own perfect cheesecake.

It's not much, but it's ours.
Every board, every flower, every light, every cheesecake has a story behind it.
What started as two people baking cheesecakes in a home kitchen has grown into this little corner of Massillon where friends, families, and cheesecake lovers stop by each weekend.
We still have a long way to go, but today we're grateful.

☕❤️ A little coffee break for the two people behind the cheesecakes.
Most days you'll find us covered in cream cheese, answering messages, baking, cleaning, and planning the next flavor. Every now and then, it's nice to step away from the kitchen and enjoy a good cup of coffee together.
Today that stop was at Rhow Coffee.
Building a business together isn't always easy, but getting to do life together makes it worth it. Thanks for supporting our little dream and allowing us moments like these along the way. ❤️☕
