Hi All!! After long thoughts & prayer I will be closing down The Archaic Hive. It is to much for me to handle in my current stage of life. If life slows down I will reopen so always keep and eye out for me!

But until then thank you all for your patience and support as I learned the reigns of my first small business! I will most likely always make some here and there for me and have some extra for gifts, holidays etc, so if every you want some and you have my contact contact info just message me!

All candles in my home and at are 75% OFF!!!😱🚨🚨 So snag them while you can, because once there gone there gone!! I will be heading up to Hartville to collect the candles not sold in a week or so, so hurry!

Again, thanks for everything everyone! You have been a great support and loyal customers and it makes my heart happy that I was able to enlighten so many of you to the benefits of beeswax candles!

😮FUN FACT FRIDAY😮
Burning a beeswax candle can actually purify the air in your room as opposed to contaminating it when burning paraffin/soy/palm wax candles!

In the air contains billions of electrically charged particles called positive ions. Positive Ions help us absorb and utilize oxygen, and therefore affect our lives and well being in a powerful way. The positive ions in the air can affect our mood, energy and health. Too many positive ions make us feel bad and they are loaded with toxic particles and allergens that are drawn to them and suspended in the air.

Negative ions, on the other hand, balance the air by increasing the ratio of negative ions to positive ions, the ideal and necessary scenario for clean air.
The more negative ions you have in the air the better you will feel. Negative ions are nature’s air purifiers, cleaning the air of dust, mold, bacteria, viruses, and other pollutants. Beeswax candle is the only candle that actually produces negative ions (burning other candles produce positive ions), which help to remove pollution from the air.

If you live in the city, your household air probably contains allergens, dust and airborne toxins, otherwise known as free radicals, which interfere with air quality. Next time, instead of using an electric air purifier try burning beeswax candles which purify, clean and refresh the air as they burn. Don’t buy cheap paraffin candles, because you are paying to poison your home!

These little squishy cheeks are the reason I switched to beeswax candles!

As a mother it's our calling to make our home a safe haven for our family! It requires due diligence to examine all the things we put on and in ours and our childrens bodies. And that includes toxic fumes released from our beloved candles!

Toxins like benzene and toluene (both are known carcinogens) released from paraffin candles are the same as those found in diesel fuel fumes and are linked to asthma and lung cancer!!

I don't know about you but when i discovered these facts I pitched ALL my candles immediately! Small changes can make a BIG impact on our families overall health! Make the switch today! You and your babies lungs will THANK YOU !!

GUESS WHAT! Since many of you keep asking when I'm going to bring back the fall scents, your answer is TOMORROW! Because, let's be honest most of us is looking forward to sweater weather already! The scents are as followed;

Spiced Gingerbread ..This nostalgic fragrance is a combination of gingerbread cookies and vanilla frosting . Notes of ginger, cream, butter, and graham cracker come through right away, while the familiar aromas of vanilla, molasses, and spices reinforce the deliciousness of this fragrance!

I love this!! As I continue to learn about beeswax it continues to blow my mind how versatile something nature made is! Plus 150,000 miles!? Makes me appreciate my wax that much more!!

🚨PSA 🚨
Hello all! Posts have been scarce lately because..well life happens! This candle co. owner has 2 little babies and a 3rd coming VERY soon! So from now on, It'll be made to order candles only! I won't have much on hand at all times. I will keep my stock up as much as I can in store at Twice is Nice in Hartville but once I run out of them here at home to bring to the shop you'll have to order the scent through me only!💗 So stop in and stock up for the summer with our summer scents💐

YES! I cant stress it enough the importance of choosing a CLEAN burning candle! Many people think soy candles are "clean" however a small amount of petroleum is still required in the refining process to make them. On top of all the things listed above. Please do your research! Those cheap candles that smell extra strong are not worth you and your families health. Sometimes the extra money upfront for a good quality candle is worth it!

Monday will be the last day Clean Cotton scent is available! Many of my customers are steering towards food and classic scents (which are my favorite too!) Since clean cotton isn't a customer fav I'm gonna discontinue it . To clear my shelves they are 60% OFF through me only! Reach out if you want them !
