Mazda RX-7 FD trigger wheel spacer.

Customer supplied the OEM part (the bronze piece under our stainless shim), we measured and replicated it in CAD and cut a variety of shims in different thicknesses and materials so options are available.

We will likely be manufacturing a new trigger wheel for this application that will improve the OEM design. Stay tuned!

Solenoid flyback diodes, contactor install, Z brake secondary relay/snubber, and lots of little solder joints for the aircraft connectors and it will live!

Designed, laser cut, formed, spot and TIG welded in house.

This would be a 3-second cut on our larger gantry laser.

However, we chose to run it on one of our standard machines because it creates a nice decorative bevel on the edge.

Customer requested 3.7" diameter 1/4" and 4.75" 1/2" clear cast acrylic cut, I think we got pretty darn close!
