We are opening up registration on Wednesday, February 11 for residents annd 18th for non-residents for the following programs. Click ⬇🖱 to register.

Decked Out (Grades 2+3)
Put down the screens and pick up the cards! Decked Out! Card Games & Challenges is a fun, social after-school program where participants will learn and play a variety of classic and fast-paced card games. Over six weeks, participants will be introduced to games such as Solitaire, Spit, Slap Jack, and many more. Each session will include time to learn new games, practice strategies, and play friendly matches with peers. The program encourages critical thinking, sportsmanship, patience, and social interaction in a relaxed and engaging environment. No prior card game experience is necessary. All materials are provided, just bring your game face and be ready to shuffle, deal, and play!

Community CPR and First Aid (14 years old & Up):
Earn your American Red Cross Community CPR/AED and First Aid certification through this comprehensive, five-hour course. Master lifesaving techniques via hands-on practice, expert-led lectures, and interactive video presentations. This training is specifically designed to meet the certification requirements for childcare providers and other professionals.

Our Children should eat the real chocolate!

El chocolate es un alimento (y pueden hacerse golosinas de calidad) y dista mucho de lo que los sucédaneos mal llamados “chocolates” son. Cada niña, niño y adulto tenemos derecho a su consumo ¡es posible hacerlo una realidad! 🌱🍫✨

Chocolate = cacao
Sucédaneo = saborizantes artificiales (como el famoso “sabor a chocolate” que encontramos en muchas etiquetas), reemplazo de la manteca natural del cacao por aceites hidrogenados; aceites que mediante el procesamiento pierden sus cualidades naturales, transformándose luego en grasas nocivas para el cuerpo, además de otros ingredientes que no deberían ser necesarios en un chocolate...
