We have a couple items for sale currently located in the tractor shed at our shelter. The first is a white wood daybed with cushions which would be great for a screened/covered porch. It measures 78" across, 35" in width, arm height 26" and back height 34". The second item is a very nice wood and metal hutch with a marble inlay shelf. It measures 54" across, 72" high, 15" deep for the bottom shelves, and 9.5" and 7.5" for the top 2 shelves. We are selling each item for $100. You are welcome to stop by the shelter and take a look. We have an amazing collection of Starbucks mugs, cups and thermoses all barely used if at all! Priced individually from $5-10. Also a couple nice furniture pieces - a round wood foyer table for $45 and an oval foyer or small dining table for $85. So many nice donations lately, come have a look!!

Pepper wants you to know that we have a lot of really cute pet Halloween costumes in our Furchandise shop. Most are priced at only $5 each! We also have a nice selection of beautiful handmade collars and leashes, AND a variety of new and gently used pet items in our dog and cat shop at the shelter. Hours are Tues-Sat 10-5.

Don't forget our annual tack sale at our shelter tomorrow starting at 10am. It is a combined tack sale and adoption day. We will also have a Furchandise tent set up with lots of cute dog Halloween costumes and some beautiful handmade collars and leashes. Come see us, should be a fun day!!

AMAZING DEAL!!!!! We have a beautiful ivory leather sofa and chair for sale. The set has been used but both are in pristine condition. It part of the Dacey Collection, a mid-century modern style from Best Home Furnishings. Both pieces have a high quality hardwood frames and exposed wood legs. Dimensions of the sofa are 83.5W x 37.5D x 38H. Dimensions of the chair are 34W x 37.5D x 38H. This furniture set is available from select retailers and would cost at least $3000 plus $150 for shipping. We are selling the set for $800. You would need to pick it up from us at our shelter. Here's what's new in our shop this week - a used Zojirushi electric rice maker and warmer, buy it new on Amazon for $200 or used in our shop for only $35. We also have a lovely old standing lamp for $40, a barely used 6x6x10ft wool pile brown floral rug for only $95, a family themed wood framed sign for $8, and as always, a nice selection of quality used clothing starting at $5 each. We are open for shopping and donation drop-offs Tues-Sat 11-4 and Sun 12-4.

We have some nice new arrivals at the Furchandise Shop in our shelter. We are selling a barely used EliteField soft sided dog crate for $45. It folds down and comes with a carrying case. We also have several elevated dog food/water feeders for $20 each, a few new small pet beds for $10 each, and 2 plush Nandog car seats for $20 each. We seem to have quite the collection of high-end appliances in our shop at the moment. Need anything?? These are unbeatable prices! We have a George Forman tabletop grill for $20, an ice-cream maker for $15, an espresso machine for $25, a waffle maker for $15, a rice and veggie food steamer for $20, a new compact ironing steam press for $50, and a tile and grout steam cleaner for $50. Anyone looking to buy a beautiful hardtop gazebo for outside their home?? We purchased this for the dog yard at our shelter but it is now not going to work for us so we'd like to sell it and recover most of our cost. It's brand new, in perfect condition. A few new things in the shop today - some nice serving dishes and plates of antique Haviland Limoge china priced very reasonably, LOTS of pretty scarves priced at $2 or $4 each, a vintage yet never used Le Jacuqard Francais pink tablecloth 69 x 98 inch for $25. We also have taper candles in a variety of colors for only .50 cents each. Pop in and have a look!

For any ladies out there who like Talbots clothing you might want to stop by and have a look. We have dresses, skirts, capris, button downs and short sleeve tops all in great condition, perfect for Spring and Summer. Most of the pants and skirts are size 12, tops are large and medium. Dresses are priced at $10, everything else $5 each. We also just put out a patio candle holder set (with candles) for $45, a kitchen canister set for $30, topiaries for $20 each, and a brand new towel warmer which retails for $145 but we are selling for $45. The good stuff goes quick!

1 year ago today we brought home this little lady. She had just come from a shelter in Georgia along with her 7 puppies and was sick with heartworm. She was very nervous, afraid of being left alone, afraid of men, afraid of bigger dogs and had to endure 3 months of treatment for her heartworm. 1 year later and she is living her best life - she's confident, happy and healthy and we just love her so much! Thank you Middleburg Humane Foundation for rescuing our Pepper girl!!!
