The artist behind Salty Rose Floral:

Hi! I’m Samantha, but most call me Sammy.
I’ve been in the floral industry for about ten years.
I studied floral design at Longwood Gardens and more recently, with Jennie of Love n’ Fresh Flowers.
I won a contest years ago that brought me to Holly Chapple’s Hope Flower Farm where I continued to return as a freelancer for around two years.
Working with flowers saved me at the darkest time in my life. they have taught me so much and still are. They are truly so important to me, my creativity and my soul. They allow me to be expressive.
Like us, no flower is perfect. If you listen to them, they will talk with you. Only perfect imperfections.
Now it’s my turn to show you the power of florals and color through my eyes and hands.
This is my journey of blooming + I hope you follow along.

Not quite sure how to go about telling everyone that Salty Rose Floral is back, back, back in business (no more floral hiatus for me)✨ I’m very excited and giddy to intentionally create and design for all of your wedding + events as Salty Rose💌

I’ve always known and dreamt that owning my own floral biz was my big life goal. I was scared, overwhelmed, and anxious about giving 100% of me to this, but if I don’t, I’ll never know and I’ll never accomplish my dreams, find my true happiness. I’m finally jumping off the ledge (I just needed a push from my loved ones)

So, if you happen to find me on your feed, know that you’ll be seeing a lot more of me and I’m trying my best! I put my heart, soul, and some sweat into everything I do. Flowers saved me at a dark time in my life. I hope I can share the love🌸🌷🌼
