We’re looking for a full-time employee to join us!

Hours: Monday–Friday, 10 AM–5 PM

No experience is required — we’re happy to train the right person! We’re looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, willing to learn, and ready to jump in wherever needed.

This is a hands-on position that does require physical work, including being on your feet throughout the day, lifting, carrying, cleaning, organizing, and helping with the day-to-day needs of the store.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Can reliably work 10 AM–5 PM, Monday through Friday
• Is dependable and shows up on time
• Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Is comfortable with physical, hands-on work
• Can take direction and learn new things
• Is willing to help wherever needed

No previous experience necessary. Attitude, reliability, and willingness to work are more important to us than experience!

I’m Madison Baker Muncrief, the owner of Western Bloom. What started as an idea after I graduated from Oklahoma State has grown into something so much better and I couldn’t do it without all of your support. I recently got married & now you might occasionally see golf carts for sale in front of our green building, too! Ya’ll be sure to follow Carter’s Carts! 😉
