Dear Donor:

The Charitable Foundation for Rare Diseases and Disorders is a new venture into charitable giving to those in need of small cash grants, gas gift cards, assistance for utilities and much more for the individuals we are chartered to serve.

We have a mission of serving the needs of families at risk due to medical issues beyond their control. You and others can help us by providing funds in the form of a grant or by donating goods and services.

One current endeavor is to provide aid to struggling families identified on the website http://www.aidpage.com and individuals referred to the charity through Facebook. A receipt will be provided along with our Federal Identification through the IRS as a legitimate charity. Checks and other donations may be mailed to our address provided above.

In addition to the aforementioned donations, grants in kind, and other services, we are in need of a website to be created. This costs money which takes away from our power of providing need to others. We respectfully request a special donation to assist us in purchasing the site.

If anyone wants to share ideas regarding the charity and finding additional funding, it would be a true blessing.

Also, we are going to form a board for the Charity as soon as we can start receiving funds. The responsibiity of the Charity Board would be to assist in the decision making of who will receive assistance from the charity.

We will be establishing a Paypal address for donations to the charity as well. Anyone making a contribution will be listed on this site as a friend and supporter of the charity.

We are endeavoring to make this new site profitable for the charity known as "The Charitable Foundation of Rare Diseases and Disorders."

The current list of of diseases and disorders will be posted shortly. If you know of a disease or disorder that you feel should be on our list please let us know.

The basic premisse for the Charity will be to provide small monetary gifts to those who fit the profile. Of course not everyone can be helped but we hope to serve as many as possible once we get on our feet.

We hope and pray for your support in this endeavor so that many can recive the small gifts to pay electric bills, phone bills, gas money for medical appointments, groceries, and many more services.
