"grillbilly" Smoking & grillin is what I'm all ABOUT!!! Whether it's burnin a steak or smoking some Brisket I'm all about cooking for the masses!!!

I once was an oil tank used for storing #2 fuel for heating homes. I was abandon due to rising fuel prices. My owner no longer wanted me, so this fat guy with a vision converted me into a sleek new grillin machine!!! I have traveled far (1,000 miles) and near (within 25 miles) to cook for friends, strangers , and relatives. I have enjoyed the time, smiles, and laughs that I have had with those people!!! I'm not for hire......But if ya want to cook and have fun, just let me know!!!

Round 2 of the solo-man Bar-B-Q competition being held now in downtown McMullin.
The briskets are done, wrapped and ready for judging. The leg quarters are on and being infused with all natural applewood coals. It looks like it going to be a nail biter as the timer is counting down here at the Solo-man Bar-B-Q competition.

Full moon, perfect weather, and some nice briskets.
What do you do when they cancel the Bar-B-Q competition your entered in and you have a couple nice briskets that need to be smoked? You call your buddies and tell them it's empty the freezer day. There's room on the smoker if they need anything smoked to bring it on.
Not to shabby for short notice. Now it's time to make the magic happen.

Earlier this evening "Grillbilly" was loaded and off to Hungry Mother State Park for the Fishing For a Cure event held this Saturday (7-25-2015) at the park. If your in the area check them out. All proceeds benefit a cure for childhood cancer.
