I know this may be a long shot, but I am looking for old photographs of downtown Marion that would show the front of what was the old Mike's TV and Appliance building (also known as the Copenhaver building). We are looking for some photo showing the facade from the 1940's era which was near the time that the building was constructed. We have seen several pictures from this time period (WW2 military parades, etc) that show Main Street but for whatever reason do not capture this building. Interesting fact is that the Marion and Rye Valley RR used to come down the middle of Broad Street, cross Main Street and go through the alley where the Mike's TV building now stands. This was from the 1900s to about the 1930s. The building as we know it now was constructed after the RR was decommissioned.
