Update on Tom‼️
Today its been 1 year since his surgery.
Wow!! Has it ever been a bumpy road!! I wont go into all the details but I will say hes been home for 2 weeks now, he still needs to gain back alot of strength, home nursing and therapy are coming a couple times a week for that goal, and he goes to out patient dialysis 3 days a week, which tends to make reaching that goal more difficult than we like to admit. Needless to say we are still running into challenges everyday. My apologies for not updating sooner. I really felt like when I had something positive to share, the minute I did I made myself into a liar..so I wanted him home for a bit before I shared this and I hope and pray that this goes as smoothly as possible. We wanted to thank everyone again for the get well wishes, and all of your prayers. Without them I'm convinced there would be nothing to be happy about today. We truly appreciate all of you!
His new wheels came yesterday...he wants to know if a fertilizer attachment can be fabricated for it...😂
