When a dear friend asked if I would be interested in donating something from my shop to an auction supporting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society , I immediately said yes! Not only because I would be raising money for an important cause, but I get to have fun while doing it!
I created two gift baskets, each containing four (4) unique soaps, two (2) different scented lotions, two (2) peppermint shower steamers, a wooden soap dish, a soap saver, and a exfoliating soap holder. And for a bonus, the woven basket can be repurposed for anything!
Each basket had a starting bid of $20 and both sold for $55 (a $75 retail value!)
It was my first chance to assemble a gift basket and it was truly a journey trying to figure out the best was to have all the components shine.
