Well, I finally figured this out.
I have copies of model instruction sheets for about 350 models.
If you need a copy of an instruction sheet for a model, check this list. The list is a JPG so you can copy it if you wish.
Anyway, if you need an instruction sheet, send a DM to me to request it and I will send it to you.
Most of these I have scanned myself, and they are good quality and printable.

You can now up-grade your Con-Cor 72ft passenger cars with Walthers trucks!
The TA-C1Nx is being phased out and replaced it with the TA-C1NRx.
This improved Truck Adapter kit will fit all Con-Cor 72ft passenger cars. This kit includes the new ‘R’ coupler pad in addition to the 2 ‘N’ coupler pads. The new ‘R’ coupler pad will fit the Con-Cor chassis with the small recess that some cars have on one end instead of the two longer opening for the couplers. There will be one coupler pad left over which may be discarded.

Good Day Fellow Model Railroaders!
I hope your railroad is running smoothly!
A modeler recently asked me about the adhesive to bond the LSW to the passenger car.
I have been using, and recommending, 3M Black Super Weather stripping adhesive.
It comes in several size tubes and available at Auto Parts Stores. Here is a picture.

Good Day Fellow Model Railroaders!
How is your ballasting work progressing?
When I was ballasting my little layout I used a Proses Ballast Spreader, but I modified it.
When I was helping my friend Brian, I modified his ballast spreader also.
The objective was to regulate, or to reduce the flow of ballast from the center port.
In all the videos I had seen, too much ballast was applied to the center of the track, which then had to be removed. My solution was to restrict the flow of ballast in the center to achieve a (much) more uniform application of ballast.
It worked!
Here are pictures of what I did. The screw is a #10-32 x 3/4inch. An M5-0.8 screw is extremely close to a #10-32 screw. The resultant modification is adjustable if needed, but they worked fine closed, as pictured.
I recently modified my friend Gary’s Proses Ballast Spreader.
I have posted pictures of both.

Your SECRET WEAPON for the Kadee #451 Wide Swing Coupler

You already know that getting the centering bushing to hold and to allow the coupler to swing is quite difficult.
Here is a solution!
MISCELLANEOUS RAILROAD COMPANY SW2S003 shim washer.
This shim is 0.003in. thick so it will not appreciably affect coupler height, but allow the centering bushing to be tightened and the coupler assembly to swing. . . “Ta-Da!”
These are available on eBay; 6 shim washers for $5.95.
