Under general supervision, the Store Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of Integrity Paint & Supply. This will include management of store/company staff, company clientele, sales, inventory and store upkeep. The Store manager will be expected to maintain and grow current sales and accounts through the display of good customer service and marketing. Good communication skills are a must. Previous experience in store management is preferred and those individuals with the ability to demonstrate past experience and success in this role or similar will be given preference. We provide PTO and holiday pay. Qualified individuals not selected, may be offered Store Associate position with training goals and plan/path for advancement.

We are still open to the public. Our products, services, and work are considered “essential” and we will continue to operate both of our companies while helping our staff continue to provide for their families and serve the needs of the public and other local businesses (which also supports the ability for others to work).

We are now operating with a strict closed door protocol and ask that customers call in orders or call when they arrive at one of the store locations and follow the directions posted on the door. We ask that all customers wait in their vehicles while their orders are fulfilled to ensure safety. Customers may request color/paint chips via phone and pick them up at either store location. We are happy to consult with anyone via phone, but ask for patience during heavy volume.

We appreciate your support, patience, and understanding during this time. It has been challenging for many. We hope to do our part and provide what we can through multiple avenues and allow the portion of small business that we work in thrive. Where many large companies have stepped away, we are still here serving our customers, fellow businesses, staff and families.

📣 Ladies...now is the perfect time to dust off those “Honey-do” lists! Paint inside or out! What else are you going to do? I have shared my most favorite color-Hale Navy! It is versatile, yet commanding and can be placed almost anywhere. It can be used as an accent, as that bold “pop” color, or even an all over color. It is simply stunning! 💙
