The patterns fabrics are the most work, we cut every panel out one by one to get the images centered and matched. 8 caps...

The patterns fabrics are the most work, we cut every panel out one by one to get the images centered and matched. 8 caps x 6 panels for pattern. 48 single cuts, to get these caps looking clean.

8 cuts for the solid fabric. 16 cuts for the bands, 16 cuts for the bill, 8 cuts for the pattern trim for the bill.
Total of 96 cuts. ✨

Sewing them all together, with the time of stitching 🫶🏽 lots of care go into the caps we create.
