supplies all their beef, and all other foods they serve are from (as much as possible)

These are tea samples from Assam India
is looking for feedback, opinions, and input.
We will sample 1 each Saturday until we've tried them all. [Saving Silver Needle version to offer side-by-side with Chinese Silver Needle when it comes in]

BOP is more traditional Indian processing, Broken Orange Pekoe grade of leaf, will yield a stronger flavored cup.
Oolong ball is Assam leaf processed using Taiwanese methods, and
Golden Needle will be more tippy, utilizing new leaf harvest
[Rajen or Ishan, please clarify, or correct me if I am wrong about these descriptions 🤗]

This glass holds a refreshing 2nd steep of Persian Plum Rose+Pai Mu Tan white tea. The fruitiness is more subtle and it is less bold than 1st steep of PPR, but still full of the "tea" flavor without tasting diluted or like "weak tea"

These teas were brewed separately and then mixed. However, you could add a few leaves of white tea to your second steep of a fruity black to achieve similar effect.
